Experimental Android arm64 preview. Recommended phone path: /tools/sf2-tag-patcher applies the standard BPS files locally and accepts a differently compressed clean World ZIP. Your game files and key never upload. Download the matching custom cores below; 32-bit RetroArch and stock cores cannot provide this V4 runtime.

Open /tools/sf2-tag-patcher on your phone, choose your clean World ssf2t.zip, select TAG or Dramatic Battle and download the prepared game ZIP.
Use 64-bit RetroArch. Extract the Android arm64 core ZIP, then open Load Core > Install or Restore a Core and choose the matching .so file.
Load that core, then Load Content: TAG uses fbneo_ssf2t_tag_r52_libretro.so with ssf2tmv4.zip; Dramatic Battle uses fbneo_ssf2t_dramatic_r52_libretro.so with ssf2tdbmv4.zip. Keep these ZIP filenames and begin a new match.

No game ROMs or keys are bundled. Both release cores passed genuine Android 15/API 35 arm64 emulator execution: live matches with 4,832 video and PCM callbacks per core, nonzero audio, exact 16-tick state/video/audio replay, and corrupted-content plus real cross-mode save refusals. That emulator used 4 KB pages; 16 KB support passed static ELF alignment checks only. Android RetroArch UI installation, physical phones/controllers, phone performance and cross-platform save portability remain unqualified. R52 native pacing remains 9.29–15.61% behind clean stock. Matching complete core source, rebuild instructions, full FBNeo license and runtime notices are provided below.

Matching custom Android arm64 RetroArch cores are supplied separately for TAG and Dramatic Battle. Use 64-bit RetroArch and keep each core paired with its mode-specific output filename.
Both release cores pass live Android 15/API 35 arm64 emulator matches with video and nonzero audio, 16-tick state/video/audio replay, corrupted-content refusal and real cross-profile save refusal in both directions.
Experimental scope remains explicit: actual Android RetroArch UI installation, physical-phone/controllers, phone performance, cross-platform save portability and 16 KB runtime execution are unverified; 16 KB ELF alignment passed static checks.
