SSF2T CROSSOVER R52 — Android ARM64 custom-core sources

This archive contains the matching FBNeo host source for the R52 TAG and
Dramatic Battle Android custom cores. It includes both complete src/ trees
used for the builds, the external Android build adapter, generated headers,
the full upstream FBNeo license, and dependency license notices in the source.
The source files retain their original bytes. No game ROM or key is included.

Profiles

profiles/tag/src World, standard view, two-controller TAG
profiles/dramatic/src World, standard view, two-controller Dramatic Battle

The corresponding binaries are pinned by filename, byte count and SHA256 in
SOURCE_MANIFEST.json. That manifest also records every file in this archive
except the manifest itself. It contains no private paths or original-ROM hashes.

Requirements and rebuild

Use Python 3.10 or later and the Android NDK for macOS or Linux. The release
binaries were compiled using NDK r27c (27.2.12479018), API 21, arm64-v8a,
the ssf2t subset and static libc++. The adapter requests 16 KB page alignment
and flexible page-size support. Install/select the NDK separately.

From the extracted directory, verify the source package:

  python3 -B rebuild.py --verify-only

Then build each core into a fresh output directory:

  python3 -B rebuild.py --mode tag --ndk /path/to/android-ndk-r27c \
    --output /path/to/fresh-tag-output --jobs 2

  python3 -B rebuild.py --mode dramatic --ndk /path/to/android-ndk-r27c \
    --output /path/to/fresh-dramatic-output --jobs 2

The resulting files are fbneo_ssf2t_tag_r52_libretro.so and
fbneo_ssf2t_dramatic_r52_libretro.so. Each output includes compile.log and
rebuild-report.json. The script checks source integrity, the AArch64 ELF
architecture and 16 KB LOAD segment alignment/congruence. It does not execute
the core. Binary hashes may differ with toolchain versions or source paths.

ROM pairing remains ssf2tmv4.zip for TAG and ssf2tdbmv4.zip for Dramatic Battle.
Use a 64-bit Android libretro frontend that supports loading custom cores.
These source trees do not build or patch a game ROM. Game content must be
supplied separately by its owner through the separate ROM-free patch package.

Source provenance

Upstream FBNeo commit: aceeebed9e7edc8a28652365a064baee9a16e274
Current project host profile: R52 Training, ABI SFT4G054 (TAG) / SFT4G055 (DB).
Android export adaptations are external android/Android.mk and Application.mk;
they leave the R52 host/game sources unchanged. SOURCE_MANIFEST.json records
per-profile source counts, hashes and the source selection/exclusions.

The only file omitted from each frozen src/ tree is
src/dep/mingw/dxsdk.7z, an unrelated prebuilt Windows DirectX SDK archive.
Outer desktop project files and their prebuilt frameworks are omitted. These
files are not used by the Android recipe. All Android build inputs are included.

Licenses and credits

Keep LICENSE-FBNeo.txt verbatim with binary packages. LICENSE.md and the
per-profile src/license.txt are preserved, and dependency notices remain in
their original locations. The licenses/ directory also preserves the NDK r27c
toolchain and sysroot notices for the statically linked C++/compiler runtimes;
keep those notices with the corresponding binaries. The FBNeo license describes noncommercial use,
source publication/distribution and attribution conditions; read the included
full text before redistributing the modified cores. Host source changes should
be available beside any corresponding binary download through this archive.

Project credit: Ernart Castel / Shakunetsu (shakunetsu_srk).
FBNeo, Final Burn, MAME and dependency credits remain in the original sources.

Qualification

This source archive and rebuild checks establish matching source and Android
compilation. They do not qualify phone hardware, RetroArch UI/core import,
performance, controls, audio/display output, or cross-platform save portability.
