MEMBER FALLBACK - ZIP PACKAGING DOES NOT NEED TO MATCH

Use only clean World ssf2t files whose checksums match CHECKSUMS.txt.
This is a manual phone file-manager + standard BPS-patcher workflow.
If the exact whole-ZIP method works for you, use that simpler method.

1. Extract your own clean ssf2t.zip into a new empty work folder. Keep all
   24 original files, including your own ssf2t.key. Keep a separate clean
   backup outside the work folder. Work from clean input for each mode.
2. Choose TAG or Dramatic Battle. Apply the THREE patches in that mode's
   folder to the corresponding original files:
      tag/sfxe.03c.bps       OR dramatic/sfxe.03c.bps -> sfxe.03c
      tag/sfxe.04a.bps       OR dramatic/sfxe.04a.bps -> sfxe.04a
      tag/sfxe.07.bps        OR dramatic/sfxe.07.bps  -> sfxe.07
   Always use that filename's CLEAN original as the source. Replace those
   three files in your work folder with their patched output. Remove any
   added .bin/.patched suffix so the names are exactly as shown.
3. Create the 16 additional art files using shared-art/v4gfx.0.bps through
   shared-art/v4gfx.15.bps. For EACH of these patches, select an unchanged
   clean sfxe.05 as the source. Save each output under the patch's base name:
      v4gfx.0, v4gfx.1, v4gfx.2, v4gfx.3, v4gfx.4, v4gfx.5,
      v4gfx.6, v4gfx.7, v4gfx.8, v4gfx.9, v4gfx.10, v4gfx.11,
      v4gfx.12, v4gfx.13, v4gfx.14, v4gfx.15
   Add these 16 outputs to the work folder. Do not replace sfxe.05, do not
   use an empty file, and do not apply the art patches sequentially.
4. Your work folder should now contain exactly 40 files: 24 original names
   (three replaced) plus 16 v4gfx files. Keep all files at the archive root.
   Compare each extracted file's checksum with CHECKSUMS.txt.
5. In your file manager select those 40 files and create a normal ZIP:
      TAG:             ssf2tmv4.zip
      Dramatic Battle: ssf2tdbmv4.zip
   Do not ZIP the containing folder; do not use 7z, encryption, or split ZIP.
6. Load with the matching custom Android FBNeo core as directed by its guide.

Both modes use the SAME shared-art patches. Do not mix program patches
between modes. BPS checksum validation must stay enabled; do not force a
mismatched source. A member-rebuilt archive has its own ZIP hash; that is
expected. Its individual extracted-file hashes must match CHECKSUMS.txt.

The general Rom Patcher JS website can apply these uncompressed member
patches: https://www.marcrobledo.com/RomPatcher.js/
There are 19 patch applications per mode in this fallback. No terminal,
CMD, Python, or JSON editing is required.
