# DHC V10 — match report release

DHC V10 adds a three-page post-match report with solid black panels, cyan borders and native gold numbers. The report uses the original MVC fonts and preserves the game's character names and art.

The report distinguishes verified events from complete coverage. **Verified Points** is the subtotal of supported, recorded category events. **PARTIAL** means that the report cannot certify the full fundamentals score or a Fundamentals Leader. An unavailable field displays **N/A** rather than an invented value. Tracked damage and damage-event counts are lower bounds from admitted native losses; they are not an exhaustive full-match damage or combo measurement.

The current scoring support is deliberately limited. Local native checks include Ryu's grounded LP anti-air against a fresh first jump, supported punish/defense events, and selected Ryu/War Machine normal paths. This does not establish every character, move, category or team combination. Unsupported events can withdraw coverage while earlier verified events remain visible. Arcade has separate factual loss tracking and successor-stage initialization; Arcade category scores and leader comparison remain unavailable. REMIX gameplay retains its mechanics while unsupported report fields remain N/A.

One ordinary-input V10 match earned **one anti-air event worth 10 points** and **13 clean openings worth 25 points**. The official frozen report showed **35 / 0 Verified Points**, with PARTIAL labels, for the full 540-tick report interval. Those values are an example from that match, not fixed targets. Later legitimate events can add points.

The release also includes the scoped X-Factor publication repair and the corrected native 68000 byte accesses. A bounded neutral-input regression recorded actual block and normal damage during X-Factor, 1,200 eligible countdown ticks, natural expiry, a full report and human Continue. **A moving-activation publication deadline miss remains unresolved. Slowdown can still occur; this release makes no no-lag or universal performance-parity claim.**

DHC Classic/REMIX, the three-bar limit, selected partner Hypers, earlier route and portrait repairs, nine REMIX colors, Roll's added moves, last-fighter X-Factor, supported revivals and combo breaker carry forward. They are inherited features, not a new whole-roster certification.

The user authorized release on October 8, 2026 with the remaining scoring and performance work deferred. This is the exact development 59 build, with no gameplay changes made for packaging:

Only the patch and installers are distributed. Supply your own clean encrypted Euro 980123 `mvsc.zip`. Read README.txt for installation and V10_COMMUNITY_TESTING_20261008.md for focused checks. Native Windows CMD/PowerShell 5.1, Fightcade rollback, physical controllers and broad roster/hardware performance remain outside the local packaging validation.

N41, PalMod, individual palette authors, artfuldodger2468 and earlier community testers retain their credits. The included palette credit files name the inherited work.
